Your future tasks

As a Senior Consultant Operational Excellence, you will advise our clients on optimizations and innovations to enhance their performance. You are capable of leading implementations and transformations and are passionate about improving processes. Within the Operations team, you will have the freedom and responsibility to apply your vision and expertise. You will collaborate with colleagues from all our Service Lines in multidisciplinary teams.

Furthermore;

• Lead challenging projects for our clients, from analysis to advice and implementation.
• Deliver value at all levels of the client's organization, from facilitating strategy workshops with the executive team to working on improvement proposals based on time measurements conducted on the shop floor.
• Maintain relationships with clients and your own network, identifying new needs and translating them into new projects.
• Guide, coach, and train colleagues and clients.
• Work on innovations and new propositions for our clients in collaboration with the BearingPoint network, such as the 'Lean for Green' initiative to eliminate pollution as the ninth type of waste in processes for sustainability.

Your profile

• Relevant master's degree and 5+ years of work experience.
• Experienced and enthusiastic about leading teams and projects.
• Expertise in performance improvements, process optimizations, and other changes in operational environments (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
