Your future tasks
As a (Senior) Manager in CRM & Customer Service Technology Implementation, you will be responsible for leading large-scale CRM and customer service technology projects. You will work closely with the C-level and senior management to align technology strategies with business goals, managing complex projects with multiple dependencies. You will take a leadership role in defining the future tech stack for marketing, sales, and service in specific industries such as Utilities, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods & Retail.
Additionally, you will:
- Be a strong sparring partner for C and C-level executives.
- Propose harmonization and simplification of technology solutions.
- Lead program management for large technology implementations with many dependencies, managing large teams.
- Handle stakeholder management, escalations, and change requests.
- Contribute to sales efforts for large tech projects, with a €500k+ value, leveraging your large network and creating a funnel of potential opportunities.
