Your future tasks
As a Senior Consultant in CRM & Customer Service Technology Implementation, you will lead and manage the configuration and implementation of CRM and customer service technology solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, applying your expertise to implement best practice solutions and drive value for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead the execution of CRM and/or customer service technology implementations.
- Configure technology solutions to meet client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Deliver projects in an agile environment.
- Provide user training and go-live support.
- Help clients understand the business value and KPI impact of technology.
Your profile
- Extensive experience in configuring CRM and customer service technology solutions (e.g., Freshworks, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven experience with agile project delivery.
- Ability to engage both business and IT stakeholders effectively.
- Strong network with key customer service and marketing technology vendors.
- Deep understanding of industry best practices and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
