Your future tasks

As a Senior Consultant Demand Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand management strategies, leading project teams, supporting the sales process, and contributing to the development of new services within the retail and food sector. Furthermore;

• Guide our clients in the establishment of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Develop advanced forecasting models for our clients, in collaboration with our Data & Analytics service line.
• Implement innovative planning technologies such as Anaplan
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members, encouraging growth and learning.
• Influence and develop trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Leverage your understanding of the Dutch Consumer Goods & Retail market, along with your strong business network in the Netherlands, to drive successful outcomes.

Your profile

• 5-10 years of work experience in consultancy, preferably with a focus on demand management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in implementing technology solutions, such as Anaplan.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English
