Your future tasks
As Senior Recruiter, you are responsible for the recruitment strategy and execution for BearingPoint Netherlands, Arcwide Netherlands and the BearingPoint Holding. You operate on a strategic and operational level and collaborate closely with partners, hiring managers and consultants.
Furthermore:
- You lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection across all levels (from starter to director).
- You develop a clear recruitment strategy and translate it into effective initiatives per serviceline.
- You build and maintain strong talent pools and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, setting clear expectations and driving hiring processes forward.
- You contribute to innovation in recruitment by challenging and optimizing existing processes.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience as Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and setting up effective sourcing strategies.
- A strong communicator who’s proactive, energetic, and persuasive.
- A connector and advisor who builds trust with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Affinity with or a network in the consultancy sector is a plus.
- Strong command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Eager to innovate and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
